Responsibilities:

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for expansion and innovation within the food ingredients sector.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to foster business growth and collaboration.
- Establish ambitious sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting progress and recommending areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging market dynamics within the food ingredients domain to ensure sales strategies remain relevant and compliant.
- Manage budgets, resources, and expenses effectively to optimize divisional profitability and return on investment.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote the Food Ingredients division's products and services.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in the food industry, preferably focusing on food ingredients.
- A Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership qualities and proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse team of sales professionals.
- In-depth understanding of the food ingredients market, including market dynamics, product range, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated history of consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence.
- Strategic thinker with a knack for devising and executing effective sales strategies.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings, industry events, and exhibitions.
